If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund items due to change of mind or wrong sizing, unless the product is faulty. We thoroughly check every item before it leaves our warehouse. If you do happen to find a fault with our product please contact us via email at: email@example.com and attach a photo for reference.
We have a strict 14 day returns policy - outside of this we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund for a change of mind. Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Little Moo Baby Boutique do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items or items purchased with a discount code. Unless the item is faulty. Proof of purchase is required before a return can be processed. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return postage costs are the purchases responsibility. Any exchange products postage fee's can be negotiated at time of return.
If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it will take for your exchanged item to reach you will vary depending on your location.
Please do consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service if you are returning an item with a high value. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Late or missing refunds:
There is usually a 3-5 business day period where the refund money will be back into your bank account after the refund has been processed.
If you have not yet received a refund, please do check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it can often take some time to be processed. If you have tried the above, and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
