Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another another notification when your item has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping:  $10 AUD Australia wide 

Express shipping: $15 AUD Australia wide

International Shipping: $40 AUD  international shipping. Please note if items are lost during international shipping, items are not returned to sender by post and are disregarded. Please contact if there are issues with your international shipping.

*Please note, if you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Local Pick Up:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Officer, 3809.

Click and Collect: Click and collect is available to local customers free of charge. After your order has been placed and click and collect has been selected at checkout, your order will be prepared in 1-2 business days. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for collection which will include address and pickup times.
